That's a ridiculously harsh red card for Ayew. Trying to get Klopp off his back, I guess. Oh and Liverpool equalise straight away. Nice.
So for those keeping score, Palace players couldn't buy a yellow against us while two thirds of their team was kicking us off the pitch, but they get soft bookings against Saltypool Of course, Norbert wasn't hoping that would be the case, absolutely not...
The first one was right according to the Laws but very rarely given in practice. I would applaud if that was always a yellow.
The wheels appear to have come off today though. Watching a friend's "stream" and they have been appalling 2nd half ..
15 consecutive home wins for Villa. Wow. Good job they didn’t have to play Bournemouth. Hi Ho Aston Villa
Gerrard's a novice and Emery's an experience, successful manager with nearly 2 decades under his belt. I don't think the Scouser has the mentality to get anywhere near Mr Good Ebening. He could get his head down and work hard, but I expect he'll do a Gary Neville and quit.
Gerrard is definitely no Emery but he’s also far surpassed Gary Neville. Won the most important title in Rangers recent history (stopping Celtic winning 10 in a row). I don’t pay attention to the Saudi league so not sure how he’s getting on over there but I’m sure he will manage again in Europe and England at some point
