While this does have strong "Somebody down the pub told me..." energy, there's the suggestion that if Leicester go down they will launch an appeal accusing Everton of violating FFP to stay up at their expense Really? Leicester? Accusing other teams of gaming FFP to gain an advantage? Remind me, how kosher was their spending when they got promoted...?
This City team that started against Chelsea today would’ve probably made top four this season. Mad how much quality they have.
Oh well, I guess the Bottlers can't complain about The Sheikh Mansour Team having an "unfair" advantage against a Toneyless Brentford...
Their recruitment has been incredible. And Potter, then de Zerbi, have got the best out of all the players.
Why doesn't he put in a transfer request if his club aren't supporting him? There would be plenty suitors for his signature What's he going to do to make change happen? Everyone jumps on twitter...spouts a few words and think the fight has been fought.
There was footage outside the ground before the game of a large group of Valencia fans. Hundreds of them were chanting "Vinicius is a monkey", apparently. Absolutely disgusting. Perhaps they deserve what their ****ty owner has done to the club?
Why are there suddenly tons of stories about City buying their success? This is not new. This hasn't just happened.
It's almost as if there's a lot of bitter Bottlers working in our press The weird thing is they bang on about FFP now, but didn't say a word when seven years ago...
I don't know. It feels kinda coordinated. There were a whole bunch of stories within 24 hours. Nothing appears to have changed in that time, so what prompted them? The most obvious answer would be one inspiring the others, as a lot of sports writers are lazy.
The easy place to look is for which pundits or journos are Arsenal fans Pundits: Ian Wright, Lee Dixon, Martin Keown Journos: David Ornstein, Guillem Balague, Barney Ronay, David Conn, Sid Lowe, Jonathan Wilson, Paolo Bandini, Amy Lawrence, Raphael Honigstein (FFS, how many Grauniad writers?), Oliver Holt, John Cross (so that's a couple from the Mirror too) Gabriele Marcotti Gobshites with a lot of reach: Piers Moron, various AFTV pondlife AN Other: Opta Joe When there's seven Grauniad writers it's easy to see how it could get coordinated. After all, wouldn't be the first time in the last few years a bunch of Grauniad writers got coordinated to try and create a Narrative...
Wilson is a Sunderland fan, I’m fairly certain of that. You may also be aware that Nicky Bandini (the journalist formerly known as Paolo) went public as transgender in 2019, which is irrelevant to this discussion on what team they support, but many people don’t like deadnaming. There are a huge number of Arsenal supporting Graun writers and contributors though, even more on their podcast.
I was going by the list posted on r/bottlersgunners, so less deadnaming and more they haven't updated that list in 3-4 years
Juventus have been docked 10 points: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/65677783 They're also losing 2-0 to Empoli.
**** Leicester, but that's a very dodgy tackle: https://cazn.me/v/e597bb They're just making this **** up now, aren't they?
