I can post up audio of some people saying many things, does that make them guilty? I have heard some of the audio (not sure what percentage because i have no idea how much there is) and the bit i heard sounded like two bored kids trying to spice things up with a poor attempt at role play. Have charges been place yet based on all the evidence you currently have, when is the court case? Or is the situation not as cut and dried as you would love it to be. Don't get me wrong, if he is charged and found guilty i wouldn't want him anywhere near the club but unlike you i am happy the death sentence was abolished because it killed a fair few innocent people.
