So to clarify the thought process of English refs * One yellow card is a sending off * Two yellow cards isn't a sending off * Three yellow cards is a sending off
It's quite obvious what's happened. Team playing in red sponsored by Emirates. Opposition player deserves a red.
Leeds have had their appeal against Pascal Strujik's red card vs Liverpool turned down. Harvey Elliot, the player injured in the challenge, sent his support to him, both before and afterwards. please log in to view this image Elliot's surgery was successful, apparently. Hope his recovery goes well.
Ridiculous decision. Classy by Elliott though. Might have been overturned if he'd 'only' crippled an Everton player.
Whatched Seattle (MLS) v Santos (MEX) last night. Surprised no one was killed!... (on the pitch!!!!) . Seattle scored the winner in the last few seconds...in a semi final. Their little goal scorer might do wonders for us!!!!!?
Scores plenty for Seattle, but he's 31, he's tiny and he struggles at international level badly. He does play for Peru though, to be fair.
Just a reminder that Santos Laguna are best known for playing at the Corona stadium, which made eleven of their first team testing positive for Covid and having the entire Liga MX season ruled Null & Void on the spot somewhat ironic
Somewhere on Twitter, somebody posting an anti-Levy tirade failed to realise it was a different Adama Traore who put Sheriff Tiraspol 1-0 up against Shakhtar Donetsk...
They were taking the piss before the game, somewhat bizarrely: They beat Spartak in the Europa qualifiers a decade ago.
Brugge giving it to PSG, 1-1’s a very unfair scoreline for the Belgians at the moment. Think Poch needs to have one or two words at HT.
Poch making a double sub on 45 mins? What is this witchcraft?! We’d be lucky if we got one before the 70th!
