N'Zogbia's looked dangerous since he's come on. Who would have thought that he'd be a more effective winger than Heskey? Oh, everyone except McLeish, perhaps?
A.Villa really are about the worst team to watch in the EPL.At home to hardly get out of your own half is criminal.PNP your right N'zogbia has atleast given them a bit of pace. No wonder some of the fans were having a bit of a protest about Mcleish.
Villa start playing in the 90th min.If ManC do win the League I think they should dedicate it to J.Hart.Outstanding keeper.
I am not even a Villa fan and I feel depressed thinking about what Mcleish has done to that team. Oh, how far they have fallen since the days of MON,Laursen and co.
Me too. He's still got plenty of good, exciting players but he's totally dismantled the team's attacking style and replaced it with appalling negative football that reflects his dour personality.
It's as if McLeish is frightened of playing with two wingers - if he plays N'Zogbia, he drops Albirghton. If he plays Albrighton, he drops N'Zogbia.
It's a great story for Zambia winning the Nations Cup. I didn't realise till this year that they lost their golden generation of players in a plane crash in 1993 (this is a really good listen on the subject http://www.thefootballramble.com/dwhof/entrant/kalusha-bwalya), so it's great to see the current set of players winning the competition playing for the honour of their lost generation.
Drogbas penalty in normal time was a shocker as well! Reminded me of the Jaap Stam penalty miss at Euro 2000
