This is a meaningful and valid point. dg Also he is a seasoned international. dg So this is something we should be proud of. I certainly am. dg
I trust Man Utd offering £31m for Bruno Fernandes (as reported by the Gazzetta dello Sport) will get similar mockery from Murdoch's Hate Comic?
Basically more about PL wealth. Specifically, many PL clubs do not have to sell their talent. And when the suitor is a PL club, increase the "rinse" if the player is HG.
Yep. We see it with foreign clubs the whole time. PL club on the phone? Slap an arbitrary £20m surcharge on whatever fee we'd in reality be more than happy to accept from almost any other team in any other league in the world. But Utd and City locked in a bidding war is good news for us. Keeps the both busy and will likely drive the price up to a world record for whoever blinks last.
Palace being reported as "incensed" by Arsenal's derisory bid and unsettling campaign.... https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/48839638 There's reports that there's another bid being delivered by hand this afternoon... please log in to view this image
Realistically, is there any reason why Palace shouldn't respond in kind and start publicly courting Iwobi? I mean it's not as if the clubs are that far apart in status these days...
Just a reminder of why people say Man Utd fans are the absolute worst (okay, second worst...) when it comes to an obnoxious sense of entitlement...
Gunner Related @RelatedGunner Hello mate. Arsenal have hijacked the deal. Agreement with Lyon 63m€. Medical Wednesday. Per sources, €150k /wk. #COYG Even their low-grade Internet trolls paid MORE in transfer/wage fees than Levy did irl. No wonder BrunelGooner is in such a mood.
We've signed the new Neymar in Gabriel Martinelli didn't you know? 18-year old wonder kid from Brazil...apparently. We're also lining up a £12m bid for Hull City striker Jarred Bowen. That's our replacement for Lacazette/Aubameyang sorted, too. Roll on the new season. I can't wait....
