Quite a few have said it but I'm the only one who gets a bollocking for saying it.![]()
I for one believe that sometimes Spurs do perform better when Kane is out with an injury. I truly believe that he is rushed back too quickly on occasions after a lay off with injuries. But when he is fit, he is better in the team than out of it. He's the team's leading goal scorer every season in recent years. It's not just his goal scoring abilities that Spurs need. His overall play is excellent. Some of his passing mirrors that of Hoddle's.
But I do not believe he is indispensable. Spurs will survive with him, or without. But all the time he is with Spurs, he must be utilised as long as he's fit and healthy. I also believe there have been some matches where he has underperformed and ought to have been taken off, but Poch wouldn't dare do this.
Some people may disagree with my views, but I'm not constantly bringing up my views and arguing with people. And nor am I attempting to seek validation from others, certainly not from non-Spurs supporters.
