What's so easy about Porto PNP when they finished the group stage unbeaten and with more points than any other side?
I didn't suggest that Porto would be an easy win, just that they'd probably be the best draw from what's available.
Our other options are PSG, Dortmund, Real Madrid, Bayern and Juventus, so it's no slight on Porto.
They're an experienced European side and would give us a real test.

Having said that, I wouldn't put a lot of stock in their group stage performance.
They had an easy draw on paper at the time and the form of the clubs that they were up against has been poor.
The 5th place Russian side, Turkey's 7th place team and a club that are 13th in the Bundesliga? Not the hardest group.
No English, Spanish or Italians, plus they avoided the top German and French teams and anyone with silly oil money.

Wolves 7th, West Ham 9th. I'm pleasantly surprised for Wolves to be where they are but not at all surprised where West Ham are considering the coach they have there. He's a top coach and should Poch decide to leave us then Pellegrini's the man I'd approach.

Goon and Chelsea wins will really damage United...they could end up 11 points off 4th tonight needing 2 teams to screw up.

At least one of the London clubs to lose + the Poool at best
drawing would IMHO be a good weekend.

Arsenal are gonna win this. Saints can’t defend. And Chelsea are 2-0 up, so we’re relying on united getting a result, basically. <yikes>
