Yeah same, I just hope he's given the funds and support from the board to sign a few creative players, he's only had about £200m to spend in the past two seasons, poor old sod.
Out of interest, who is your "senior creative player"? Aren't Erikssen, Alli and Lamela all in their early twenties?
I think it'd actually have to be Eriksen I suppose, while not old he's pretty experienced for his age due to his early breakthrough at Ajax, think he's played nearly 300 senior games in all comps and he's only 24.
I don't understand comments about Arsenal's easy run in especially as we are like 14th in the form table. The only 'easy' games we have left are WBA tomorrow night & Villa last day of the season. Sunderland and Norwich are battling for their lives and City away isn't exactly a cakewalk. I expect us to get 7 points from the remaining games. But either way, whether we get more than that or less, it doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things. 4th, 5th, 6th. Who cares? I don't really give a damn and neither do the players.
Villa might be easy ... West Brom will be horrible ... they will relish leaving calling cards on your tiki-taka types and will be a nightmare for your fragile defence to deal with at set pieces ... ...
Is that the fragile defense that's conceded the fewest goals in the premiership this season that you're talking about?....
Nah, he's talking about Arsenal, we've already played Villa twice. West Brom can certainly frustrate us though. Every game we have left is a potential banana skin.
Way to clear that up, he was talking about WBA, not Villa. But yes, he was talking to the Arsenal fan.
Another evening spent feeling dirty. I shall lend my support to Utd.(to extend their pursuit of 4th place and gee them up for the Leicester game). Also, the wife has bought a copy of The Woman's Weekly so that we can honour Victoria Wood's passing.
