I particularly love the forward roll with pike as he propels himself through the air!...<laugh>

Well it just happens that I am an FA qualified referee, and under the laws this is dealt with as unsporting behaviour and in the interpretation of the laws it states and i quote 'attempts to deceive the referee by feigning injury or pretending to have been fouled (simulation)'

That Young dive was likely accompanied by a comment from the pundits that he "won" the penalty. That really makes me angry when actually he cheated.

Goes hand in hand with the word "simulation" which also angers me. Call a cheat a cheat I say. Perhaps there is some UEFA rule saying you can't?

This is potentially massive for us. I believe the charge he is accused of would result in an increase to a 3-match ban.

(Although I would personally prefer the death penalty if at all possible)

    Not so.
Leicester have the bestest most diversest attack in the whole wide world, so Vardy out for
3 games is no big deal to them.

I was considering it more from the angle that they'll have lost a defender <whistle>

I would just be an extra game not a 3 game ban. Unless the FA are as inconsistent as Jon Moss

Diego Costa did the same and got an extra game for it

You're probably right, but it depends on how the FA view it.
Costa pissed about and refused to leave the pitch. Vardy abused the ref in addition to that.
I'd only expect an extra game too, but the incidents aren't entirely identical.

It would rule him out of the Man Utd match and that is without question the most difficult one that they have left

Correct - a few years back Rafael faced a similar charge after a tirade aimed directly at Mike Dean in United's 0-0 draw at the Lane. IIRC, the nature of his misconduct meant that he was facing a 2 game extension, but that this was limited to 1 game on account of the fact that he pleaded guilty.

So let's hope Leicester fight the charge, lose, and the pillock gets 3 games out.

If you abuse the ref you should be banned for 2 games, only reduced to 1 game if you apologise to the ref and admit you're a racist cheat who knowingly took part it wide scale doping at Leicester :D

Alright lads just bought a ticket for our game at WHL on the 8th May was wondering on away friendly pubs to drink in?

Me n a pal were in London in October n had a drink in a cracking little pub on the high road with loads of footy scarves/programs etc. Think it was the bricklayers. Is that home fans only on matchday?

Haven't been there for years but unless there's been a massive change since, no it's not a place that will let you in on matchday or that you'd want to go as an away fan. Pretty sure there is an away fan friendly pub somewhere on the High Road but I'm not sure what it's called and the Beehive, which is a short walk from Bruce Grove and Tottenham Hale stations was away friendly last time I went.

Personally, I'd recommend going to Liverpool St and getting a pint around there. Hamilton Hall's next door which is usually pretty full with our fans but it's friendly enough and if you don't fancy that on the day there's loads of pubs in the area that won't be full of Spurs. Then you just get a couple of cans and hop on the train to Northumberland Park or WHL with about 30 minutes to kick off.

Most pubs on the High Road are Spurs only on match day.

Are you coming from Southampton (which means Waterloo, or maybe the matchday trains stop
at Vauxhall to give you the Victoria line interconnect) ??

The Elbow Room, 503-505 High Road, Tottenham, London, N17 6QA

All the rest are Spurs only. A word of warning, if it's the same landlord, he is about 7 ft tall and 8 feet wide and probably eats a couple of goons and two or three chavs for breakfast, not one to mess with.
