I've been informed that for the return Arsenal Chelsea game(?) Arsenal Wenker will be sporting a rifle and a Napolean sword to take care of any Chelsea players getting up to mischief. As for the ref,he's sharpening up the guillotine!!!!!
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/34328940 Carneiro has left Chelsea and is seeking legal advice. Good luck with that against the Mad Dog's deep pockets.
3-0 down in 32 minutes at Sunderland. Can't watch anymore. That Sunderland defence is a laugh.Very good City attack but a dodgy defence. Another manager on the way out?
Bet they wished they hadn't have begged him to stay now. The warning signs were there when he signed Kaboul
I'm noticing a pattern from tonight's starting lineups... Swansea - Sigurdsson the only player to start at the weekend and tonight Leicester - Inler the only player to start at the weekend and tonight Stoke - Wilson and Pieters the only players to start at the weekend and tonight Everton - Stones, Jagielka, Kone and Lukaku the only players to start at the weekend and tonight Looking at it that way, City starting eight of the players who started against Wet Spam looks odd - surely they could've given Bony a start for one thing?
I was at the Bournemouth v Sunderland game on Saturday and Kaboul gave one of the poorest displays I have seen from a PL footballer in years.
Shame really, I remember when we first signed him from Auxerre he had real potential, other than a good spell at Portsmouth he's under achieved in his career, now he's sort of a laughing stock.
I agree with you. It's clear his injury has played a part in his dip and it was always rumoured his career was over. He has done well to get back to some sort of standard, but he is way short now of the level he once was.
Sad about Kaboul. He may have been the best defender in the PL for a moment. Just saw that Liverpool’s squad was more expensive to assemble than Bayern Muenchen’s. On the other hand, it’s a bit cheaper than Barcelona’s. Your interpretation is good, but it’s never been the way the rule has been interpreted. I well remember Beckham getting sent off against Argentina for a kick that was no more violent. Gabriel also tried to slap Costa, which could be a red as well. How can they screw up on review after screwing up at the game? Gabriel richly deserved his sending off. Cazorla didn't. At least they banned Costa, and Mourinho may be in trouble...though I'll believe that when I see it.
Robert Lewandowski had fun last night didn't he?! Scoring a hat trick in 9 minutes would've been a superb achievement but 5!!! Unbelievable. That surely has to be a record.
More goals in 9 minutes (and 10 touches of the ball) than the entire Liverpool team have managed this season in 540 (+stoppage time) minutes of premier league football. #Rodgersin
Ha, i read that that Liverpool have only touched the ball 10 times in 540 mins After the game the other week Advocat should consider putting Younes on the wing.
From the "You have too much time on your hands" files Meanwhile, given Costa's notable bellendedness at the weekend, is this really a good choice of title for his autobiography? please log in to view this image
So the majority of Premier League teams field weakened sides - and then Man Utd play their first team against Ipswich. Another managerial masterstroke for Van Galling!
