Sky's player cams exposed him for the cynical, dirty little bastard he was. Same can be said for quite a few other players, too - Beckham and Scholes both spring to mind.
Nah, scurrilous accusation. Por old Scholesy just couldn't tackle properly - wasn't his fault, at all. He'd never go out to deliberately hurt somebody. Everybody knows that.
Newcastle are in for a long last 25 mins They are kind of unlucky to be losing as the goal was deflected in but they don't look like they'll get in the gooners half let alone score. The toon player sent off was a complete idiot and cost his team the match
We looked more of a threat when they had 11 to be honest. We've been very average since they went down to 10 and have struggled to break them down with any meaningful penetration.
Dr Scholes patent foot treatment. Your legs might be at risk, terms and conditions apply UNITED treatments INC.
Absolutely right. And I watched his 100+ PL goals on Sky the other day. Many gems and none less than a 7/10. Brilliant player.
They were going to show his 100+ PL fouls, but many were so late that the camera missed them, unfortunately. 2-0 West Ham at Anfield. Sacked in the morning?
West ham are either excellent or shocking ...there's no in between with them. Brilliant v goons and so far against scousers but appalling v Leicester, Bournemouth and in Europe
Adam should just be sent off for going near the pitch, for the safety of his fellow professionals. Afellay getting sent off for a slap is just pathetic, though. Totally ridiculous. Hughes won't be a happy man, not that he ever is.
I Googled 'Mark Hughes smiling' and this is genuinely the closest thing that came up: please log in to view this image He's either permanently constipated or he fears that his face will crack after years of stoic miserableness.
I think that Bilic might be trying to set them up as a counter-attacking side. I'm not working with a lot of evidence, but it might explain why they're better when they're not expected to be the dominant team. Getting stretched when going on the offensive would also explain their poor disciplinary record this season.
