2 points separate us, it's time for you to accept that we are rivals for the same finishing PL place. I know reality isn't really your forte but you're nowhere near that first PL title. You;re battling with Saints, Spurs, United and Arsenal for 3rd/4th. Regression ( as usual ) for Pool after 100+ million spent.

Spent Schment. teams of 11 take to the field and go head to head v another 11, they aall pull out stats on who spent what and play card trading.. well.. if that's how it was done you might be higher up the table but unfortunately for you football gets played instead. <laugh>

You lot have been very good but.. you squandered a huge lead after Spurs Arsenal Liverpool and United all got off to slow starts with last year's Everton missing too.
We're what? 16 points off last season, that would put you 18 points behind, you'd be 8th or 9th had the teams shown the same form and that's after spending 70m. Your new players should be bedding in now and things improving, but it's been the reverse, flew out of the traps and have now run out of steam a little bit, setting the pace for 4th and lower has taken its toll. Was it really living in the real world to expect that kind of points per game ratio to hold up all season?

Thanks for confirming that chelsea and citys titles are not tainted. Moneys money as you say. Mourinho managerial genius. Best manager in club football atm.

Funny hearing all these pool fans piping up putting teams down after a victory over city. You would think they have won a trophy or are in poll position. They are still behind united arsenal and potentially spurs and have just overtaken the saints. You would think they would have learnt the lesson from last year after they thought they won the league

I bet sisus frothing at the mouth now that his best mate jose just won another trophy playing anti football
?

I can't see that happening mate... I think Moyes would do better with the squad we have rather than pass sideways and backwards all the time<laugh>

I also think If the teams In the Europey played against us like teams In the Prem we would get knocked out of that too 1 win In 11 or something like that Is totally unacceptable and It Is probably due to last season and the Europey this year that he Is still employed<yikes>

Personally I would sack the fooker but Its not up to me lol<steam>

There you go I said It <ok><cheers>

Who's the saints bloke he loves you lot eh lol??

Oh him, think some spurs fans when they qualified for the CL.. the heights of the PL table can make some dizzy and disorientated.. real danger of falling(down the league table) ;)

Your first bit of nonsense, well if you can't enjoy winning then why bother, it seems the obvious wum bait is your favourite

Thanks for the mention, always nice to know someone is thinking about you
Fixed that for you<ok>

That would be between Guardiola, Ancelotti or Simeone. Mourinho a very distant 4th at this point.

Ive never been a fan of martinez and i thought he wouldn't be a good recruitment. He showed more than enough last year and i think teams are far to fast to get rid of managers nowadays.

Imagine if everton had got rid of moyes after his nightmare second season or if liverpool fans (most of them) had got their way with dispensing of rodgers earlier this season (even if he did fluke it he has recognised who is decent and that this formation is working) for that alone i think martinez should be given another season

This is one of the stupidest statements I have ever heard in my long time following football. It actually took me a minute or two to process. Maybe I am interpreting what you said incorrectly but it seems that what you are saying is that no matter what a team has spent they can only send out 11 men and so can the opposition. It seems you are suggesting that if one team costs that 300 Million goes up against a team of lower league free transfers there is no advantage as each man on the field is a mere mortal of muscle sinew and bone, although clearly the 300 million buys a better quality squad. According to your moronic theory Man City and Chelsea have emerged from mid table to consistent premier league challengers out of nowhere and miraculously got the hang of the whole 11 v 11 thing, not the billion odd pounds each has spent. The most successful team in history Real Madrid who spend massive amounts of money every year are also not at an advantage in your opinion when it comes down to matchday because they can only field 11 men v anther 11 men. I may have understood you wrong but I am not going to bother responding to the rest of your post as an idiot who genuinely believes the above simply does not understand even the most basic football concepts and cannot be taken seriously.

Surely i can enjoy a trophy win, you shot your load just over a city win.

We lost 5 players but replaced them with quality, helping us improve on our best ever PL season. You lost 1 player ( the one player who made you the one man team you were) and replaced him with 100 + million of youtube failures who have of course made you a far inferior side. Wouldn't expect a Pool fan to understand the concept of success while making a net profit <ok>

So you're saying you got rid of rubbish players and replaced with good... while we lost 1 player and brought in lots of rubbish ones...

And yet were still above you... like I say, how bad are you if you're still behind us despite us being so bad <yikes>

That would be between Guardiola, Ancelotti or Simeone. Mourinho a very distant 4th at this point.

I'm going on the Moyes Argument. That is Moyes is a nothing manager because he hasn't won any pots. On that basis Mourinho >>>> Guardiola, Ancelotti and Simeone as he has won more pots (major pots, minor pots) than all three of them. In time they may overtake Mourinho but at the moment Jose is above all 3 of them

No, I was all spent after Henderson and Coutinho's goals, nothing left by the final whistle<ok>

And I haven't commented at all on Chelsea's trophy win either

You did when you updated my post thanks. Henderson and Coutinho's goals were wonderful. If I could will it to happen then i would quite like Chelsea to poach Coutinho but i doubt that will happen. I've been raving about him since he came onto the scene a couple of years ago

So you think it's a totally fair comparison between Saints and Liverpool despite the gulf in almost everything ? I suppose you think it is a fair comparison as you probably agree with the likes of the other tool who reckons money means nothing in football.

when that whistle goes the money don't mean ****. I don't care about the nonsense that happens off the pitch, just the football.

if dabbling in that makes you feel better about your blip in form then good for you. It ain't Liverpool's fault, stop banging on about bent refs, that's Astro's job ;)

You've played **** teams so far in Europe. Mystery solved <ok>

Just no point in sacking him IMO, who do you expect to come in and do better? Plus would another manager want to keep Lukaku or offload him at a big loss?
Wolfsburg ****? <laugh>

Except for the quality, calibre and experience of said players on the pitch. Is this a wind up or are you only just beginning to take an interest in the game ?
