Just checked UEFA site doesn't say the runners up qualify but mentions national cup runners up no longer qualify.Does anyone know if the EL Final losers get an automatic EL place next season?

They are only 8 points behind City and still have to play them?, yet he's already conceded 2nd to them.
"But money is no guarantee of success, so now the scrap is on with Arsenal, Southampton, Liverpool and Tottenham for those coveted Champions League slots, two of which are already taken by Chelsea and Manchester City."
Last season Moyes got ripped for praising City, shows how he's got the fans eating out of his hand.
I reckon the moody as **** look on his grid and the memories of the ban hammer put on journos by Ferguson makes them afraid to ask him what he's really talking about, he sounds like Professor Bunsen from the Muppets at times.
Liverpool have been cleared of any breaches of financial fair play, but Hull have been fined £145,000, UEFA has announced.

did hull even make 145,000 off their brief sojourn... they prob did but they prob didn't stay in long enough to say they dropped a league position even to lose money on it.
Its a lesson to small teams... tobes listen up.... don't get in europe and spend vast sums of donkeys you can't afford cos uefa will fine you![]()

Maybe it's dem Yanks that need to take heed of that advice....
As they spent £100m chasing the CL dream, got there and spent another £120m, only to see you get bummed every other week, only win 1 game in 6 and then get bummed in your first round of the EL aswell.
Not a great investment......

Everton have all but guaranteed they won't be in Europe next season so they have no need to worry about Bill's dodgy accounts

They may not make the EL but they have a good chance of being in the CL![]()

That Is an Astromatth answer mate?We can afford to throw the money against the wall and see what sticks
I'm glad you feel you are europa specialists now.... Though it must smart we will select a far bigger cash prize that you lot for being so ****e but then... Big club, big money...
Get real you bewt? They only have to play well for 7 games, you (and us) have to do it for 12![]()
They've only beaten Young Boys, Crystal Palace and QPR in their last 19 games.
And they can't play any of those in the Europa League.
How does their Europa league form compare to those left? (i know you are a great believer in form)
They're about joint 8th.
That Is an Astromatth answer mate?
I'm sure the board members said ah **** It we'll throw 200m about and If It don't work **** ItGet real you bewt?
I'd be surprised to see big money being flashed about like that on a constant basis given by what has been achieved so far by doing It?
