Watching bit on sky website and tiny cottee has his united line up with 5 at back the blind holding with do Maria and Rooney in midfield with him and falcao n rvp upfront.

No mata no Herrera and only 1 cm. Love them to play that team against us as your midfield diamond would walk through the middle of the pitch!!

None of them can accept the fact that fat man Rooney is headed for the chopping block here

I wonder how uir feels about mata being the one getting said chop

<laugh> i know he has his fans on here, not a fan personally.

my maybe flawed logic lol is, i am thinking about the now, and i feel Mata would have an instant impact where as Allen if he is to succeed here i still see as 2 yrs off at least.

dont know if this is true, but apparently the mancs are interested in Allen, and allegedly Mata is not wanted, so why not?

only draw back may be silly wages he is likely on, will we match it, not sure what allen is on, not a lot i shouldn't imagine, well compared to most now days.
 
Van gaal knows how hes going to fit them in.

Tiny cottee doesnt though, or any otyer pundit. Thats why they are rent a quotes and lvg is a very successful manager.

Simple stuff really. Its not even hard to fit most of our best players in the same match day squad.
 
Guessing Toure is injured as not playing against Arsenal but Lampard is starting.

Reckon that just gives Arsenal the edge.
