Hes top class. Probably world class on his productivity against lesser sides. In big games though hes got everything to prove.
like ripping england a new arsehole?
yeah you are right, england not a big game.

3 newly promoted sides followed by merseysides finest.
UIR needs to change his meds
He thinks Utd finishing 2nd this season wouldn't be classed as a success!!!!
UIR is losing the plot, Cantona was **** internationally and in European football but yoonited fans claim he was world class, if that rule applies under those circumstances jimi Traore was a better player than Eric the thug.

Like the rest of them he's brain locked in the fergie era and can't see that big louish would class 2nd as success seeing as the new yoonited have won f**k all since grandpa retired.
Van gaals already said to be a success he needs to win the title.

I know of no united fan who believed Cantona was world class
A legend and the catalyst for our sucess but to call him worls class is silly.

Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal said:Every club where I have been, I've struggled for the first three months.
Man Utd 1-2 Swansea
When you have preparation, win everything, then lose your first match, it cannot be worse.
We have built up a lot of confidence. It will be smashed because of this.
I need new faces but I thought that before this match anyway.
I can imagine the fans are scared - they saw last year and the first home match.
To win the title this season would be a miracle. But that isn't to say that it isn't possible.
Sunderland 1-1 Man Utd
We have to work a lot. The players are very disappointed after the game because we thought we would win.
Really?, well considering his age and the fact he ain't yoonited through and through like fergie he's got maybe 3 to 4 years to win it.
Yoonited got him a season to late, he only comes good when taking over clubs already wallowing in success, yoonited is "work in progress" project with no guarantees.
"Every club where I have been, I've struggled for the first three months."
is that code for i need to spend loads of money other wise its not my fault, sounds just like mourinho.
I've no doubt that Utd will rebound back and get a Europa spot this season. It's far to early to call this season a failure for them, they can, and will get Europa and move up a spot or two in the league.
I would like to join in the laughing... but with City away today... and Spurs away after that (ok we should beat Spurs- but it is a dangerous place where we could drop points), I don't want to start laughing at United too soon. Probably not the most likely scenario, but there is a danger United could be ahead of us by the end of round 3. They would be unsufferable then.

Well I think personally there's nothing worng if he's mr fix it... and no bad connitations to be read here please!
If he's going in to say barca or AZ or Bayern to fix things and make things better and they take 2/3 months to get to where he wanted in terms fo system fine.
Mourinho bitched and whined his way out of winning anything by saying it was impossible. etc etc... last year.
if van gall get utd playing defensively well in 3 months time fine... he's done a job. but there's got to be more up front too. the front 3 cannot be divorced from the midfield. I also saw such a high line being played by utd that my mouth literally watered at the thought of sturridge and sterling have a run at a back 3 playing so high.
If utd play as a unit and di maria injects some pace and directness... and rooney and rvp decided to shoot cos its their job utd might just score enough
but the reality is they are not 5 points off the top with 2 games played... chelsea and spuds are top yeah? well we expect cheslea to plod on up there all year so if the gap is 15 points or more at christsmas and say /9 to 4th or whatever is that struggling?
