His arm was next to his side and from an angle behind the player you can't be 100% sure if didn't hit his chest. Plus it's obviously not deliberate as his hands by his side and he's leant down to chest it out.

His arm isn't by his side though he raises to block the ball which it does. I didn't think it was live but on a reply for me it's 100%.

I think a new rule should be in where if you commit a blatant foul and then try argue the point it's an automatic yellow
.
Loads of people do it but Young has just caught guy studs to his ankle from a bouncing ball, 100% a free kick but nothing more yet he spends 2 minutes protesting the decision <doh>

It already is a rule

Oliver is too weak as **** to apply it though

Instead of booking Mata he patted him on the back

Wow Fellaini grabs hold of an arm then pushes him down

Obviously no pen

Youre watching a different game if you think he raised his arm

Nobody applies it because all the players do it and a referee would be slated if he sent a player off and ruined the game simply for dissent.

But the problem is unless they make an example of a few players it'll never be stopped. So the referees are caught between a rock and a hard place at the moment.

Must be they've literally just show a replay again and his arm is in no way in line with his side.

A raised arm would be above 90 degrees from his body. You're telling me the angle of his arm to body is greater than 90 degrees?

Where have you pulled that definition from? The guy moves his arm towards the ball, his arm clearly comes away from his body and the ball hits it. You don't need to have your arm at right angles to give away a pen, but feel free to go on thinking that.

Lfc fans

It was Michael oliver the bosses coward of a ref ever

If he blew it it must be stonewall

If Utd don't **** this up by taking foot off gas this will be game over I reckon

Definition of raised.. Elevated to a higher level.

A higehr her level than down by your side would be 90 degrees from your body <ok>
