    Awful refereeing!! Terrible decision one end to stop Bolasie when he was 1v1 then went to the other end and does that.

    Its not deliberate for starters and it's so close to shoulder/top of arm that it's too hard to be 100% sure.

    its funny, Cahill makes a cracking save with a Nazi salute last week no pen. Defender tries ot chest ball and it hits his arm which is still pretty much by his side, pen.

    Clearly hits his bicep on the reply, defender had plenty of time to watch it and he clearly leans towards it. Couldn't be more blatant.

    His arm was next to his side and from an angle behind the player you can't be 100% sure if didn't hit his chest. Plus it's obviously not deliberate as his hands by his side and he's leant down to chest it out.
