I wouldn't like to see him in with Lomachenko. Whether he can ever develop enough for that I doubt it to be honest. I like the lad though and he seems to be doing all the right things. I think he may need to change trainer from his father at some stage. Probably sooner rather than later unless they can bring someone into camp to help with his footwork. He is quite limited, too easy to hit and his power is getting him through at present. Once he steps up to world level, that will quickly get exposed.
To be fair though I don't think I'd fancy anyone against Lomachenko, he is from another planet. Quite simply one of the best boxers I've ever had the pleasure of watching. He did have the flash knockdown against Linares but he didn't look hurt. A lesson for any aspiring young boxer in how important footwork is to reach the very top. To make him do ballet instead of boxing seemed like a mad thing to do by his father, but just shows what a great brain and understanding of the fight game his father had. Mind I'm not sure about his and Usyk's moves in this...
