I truly don't mean to be racist, or discrimatory, but is English your second language? My argument was that colour of skin does NOT determine a race. E.g, although they share the same skin colour a pygmy from Africa is not the same race as an aboriginal Australian. Asians from the north west of the Indian sub-continent, such as Pathans, are 'Ayrians' closer related to Anglo-Saxons than Hispanics in terms of dna, even though their skin colour is different.
Determining somebody's race by their skin colour is as accurate and lazy as judging them by which hand they write with.
And listening to the same United fans who castigated Suarez's defence of his use of the 'slang' term negro agreeing with Rio X over his 'slang' use of the word choc-ice is neither racist and/or discrimitory - just hysterically funny.

Racism is taken a bit too seriously in some ways.
I don't see why calling someone a black bastard, should be taken more seriously than calling someone a fat bastard or a lanky bastard.

If you can convincingly explain why the slang term "choc ice" means fake as you and Rio claim than I'll agree to your proposition.

Fat people can lose weight, lanky people can put on weight, black people can't change their colour. None of the examples can change the fact their mother was a slut and gave birth out of wedlock neither.

I don't see how going around harassing black people and calling them black bastards, is any worse than going around teasing and humiliating fat people for being fat.

People's feelings can get hurt either way.
Discrimination is discrimination. It should all be treat the same, not more serious towards a certain set of people.
I think that week long court cases over one racial slur is quite pathetic.
