Some belters posted there, Foxy. Keep up the good work. <ok>

An EGM has been called for next month. The board have decided that Mike Ashley's call for GM is warranted. They have promised to divulge the true extent of sports direct influence on the retail dealings of the club and will ask shareholders to back them in their bid to renegotiate erroneous contracts.

They may also seek to end Ashley's influence in the club by ending his right to use his shareholding in votes in line with SFA rules on duality.

Do you think Rangers should just forget about these contracts then?

Even though the were signed by Ashley's minions and heavy favour Sports direct?

I think they'd be as well launching a cheese-mining rocket to the moon for all the good it will do.

The contracts may indeed be onerous, but I'm willing to bet there are more than a few people/organisations who are in thrall to Ashley who wish they could change the fine print. Its a bit like pawning a Rolex and then complaining that the terms are biased in favour of the pawnbroker, the pawnbroker won't give two ****s.
