If Rangers win promotion they will have to fork out half a million quid to the dog shaggers as part of the deal that brought that loan player who has actually kicked a ball for Rangers to Ibrox.

Still think we were better off with the devil we knew Larry?

There was no signing-on fee for the Newcastle players, Bob, so regard this £500K clause as a signing-on fee and it is a win-win option. Get promoted and Rangers pay Newcastle £500K. Fail to get promoted and Rangers pay nowt. So far only Vukic has made an impact and his goals may well be instrumental in getting Rangers promoted. Paying £500K for that alone would be good business, considering the overall rise in income that Rangers would get playing in SPFL1 (Premiership).
What I do find amazing is that there were no medicals at Rangers for the five, although reports at the time stated they had passed medicals at Newcastle.

Response to media speculation regarding Rangers' Intellectual Property (IP).

Rangers FC - RIFC Statement

It has been widely reported that the trademarks, the iconic symbols of our Club, are now in the possession of Sports Direct.

Rangers supporters can be reassured that Sports Direct fully accept that all of the IP rights registered in their name will be returned to the Club when the loan facility – the previous Board drew down £5m - is repaid.

That's comforting to know I'm sure.

You think shady Dave will splash out £5m from his own pocket Monny?
Well, I think he certainly has Rangers at heart and I'm sure he will put money from his own pocket, but there are smarter ways of doing it that just blatantly from your own pocket. I like the guy, even though my brother in law's wife's dad knows him in South Africa and says he is dodgy as ****!

<laugh> I don't think you need to be South African to know that.

Mike Ashley will look after Mike Ashley ... we should all know that.
My concern is Rangers.
If Ashley helps Rangers, fair enough, but if Ashley harms Rangers, then he will make himself, to use the phrase, 'an enemy of the people'.
The Jury is out atm.
