Would not follow on, especially with Broads knee.

Hopefully bowl them out then I'd like us to smash a quick 150 and give us a day+ to get them out.

I'd agree in general that anything 400+ is a chaser. I'd send them out with score fast and loose... buttler is perfect for this...
 
so none of you are expecting a cook **** up and bat too long and it ends up a draw :bandit:

besides hasn't the problem been getting the tail end out not the top order?
 
Didn't see this score but I reckon there's a hell of a lot of work to be done now tomorrow

Skittle them, build a 450-500 lead quick declare and take two more wickets late in the day ;)

Knock these two over in first 30 mind tomorrow, get a quick 175-200 and get a lead of 450 then give yourself a day and a half to bowl them out again.

Hopefully Jordan has a better day, has a poor one today by all accounts.

Excellent performance for the bowlers, bar Jordan. Everyone's doing their bit for a pleasant change. Let's get these two skittled and a quickfire 230 will do the trick <ok>
 
well we'll see. theres been quite a few last wicket stands and dhoni called for the big bat yesterday so to get a draw india's main concern right now is not time but avoiding follow on... If they avoid that then they can slow bowl and play wide and play for time today.

We'll bat again whether they avoid the follow on or not. No way will cook make the bowlers go out again after 100 overs the last day n a bit!
