The way India are batting this could be over by half 5 <ok> Was always going to be tough for SL after losing the toss but they've been piss poor today from what I've listened to.

Roll on Sunday <ale>

Looking good so far :)

Tricky pitch but Sharma and Dhawan look like a great partnership!

I think it was more the ball movement than the pitch this morning that Sri Lanka struggled with. The TMS boys were saying the pitch looked reasonable.

Yeah both batsmen have taken the wind out of SL straight away. Most impressive...but can they tame Jimmy Jimmy??? We will see Sunday (by the looks of it).

if we play India which is looking more likely, be a tough test.

Kholi will be the one to watch for me, and mr reliable as well obviously.

dont forget a lot of their players have just come off the back of the ipl and used to the shorter format of game.

Ahh I see. I'm following on Cric Info so can;t see what the pitch is like.

Hmmm Jimmy Anderson. Can England tame ... Ishant Sharma ... LOL

Probably not <laugh> Although Trott loves playing the real fast bowlers so that'll be one battle to watch out for.

Definitely going to be fascinating to watch either way. India have been my favourites from the start (hardly a big gamble eh) but if England are on top form it'll be a cracker <ok>

Sub continent players don't play the short ball that well, I can see Jimmy swinging it miles from one end and the likes of Finn and Broad trying to get under the Indian batsmens skin with a few short pitched deliveries..
Most important factors..

1 - Win the toss
2 - If conditions are favourable, put the Indians into bat, their batting line is strong and able to chasing a total, if they have a weakness it maybe in setting a total.
3 - Hope the batting can back up the bowlers who have been pretty decent in this tournament.

As long as its not effected by the rain, the game could be a classic!
