Yeah it's still early days and I haven't given up hope yet, but there doesn't seem to be any sort of plan to our play and he often looks baffled on the touchline when the opposition makes a change to take control and like he doesn't have a clue what to do.

At least last year when we struggled under Puel I could see what the idea was and what he was attempting to instill in the team, simply haven't seen that with this guy yet.

I'm not calling for him to go yet, but nothing I've seen so far makes me thing he will turn it around. Look at our points haul from the easiest run of fixtures of any team in the league so far and then you look at our next ten... we'll almost certainly be in the bottom 3 come Christmas time.

scary

my highly detailed analysis shows that you have taken 5, 4, 4 out of 12 thus far. this put you on for 41 points and safety IF you lose to us. You rightly point out the games are going to be harder for you.. you only need 4/12 points on offer probably to be safe.

So its not like you've fallen down. badly.. you just can't score goals.

PLEASE don't figure this out over the international break. just give us 3 and then figure it out.

IMO swansea, palace and maybe west ham/ bournemouth are worse.

I think your issue is brighton, newkie and huddersfield are all on a flier so the usual 3 suspect including one or two of the promoted are not below you to give him time.

if i were pelligrini i would say

ok 4 points in 12 after losing to lfc... no big deal.

beat Bournemouth and beat Everton at home.. do that and you are quids in and ignore arsenal and city.

move on then... draw with leicester beat huddersfield and ignore spurs and chelsea.

And so forth. bonus point for a clean sheet in the big games.

Southampton really should.get to 41.points even if pelligrino is as bad as stated.

none of this makes.our job easier against them.......

In our next 10 we've got 6 of last years top 7 and Bournemouth away which will be tricky.

We've had 3 wins so far, one at Palace when they were pointless and goalless. One against West Ham which needed a last minute dodgy penalty despite us being 2-0 up against ten men and against WBA against a side who didn't attack all game and we scored a wonder goal.

You're right to say we can't score goals, but that's a big issue when you have one of the worst goalkeepers in the league.

I still don't think we will go down, dependent on Pellegrino either adapting quickly or us taking action, also will need to spend in January I think.

But if you look at who we've played so far and who we've got up until the end of December I think we'll certainly be in the bottom 3 come the end of the year.

Klopp hasn't beaten us in the PL yet has he? Though of course did trounce us 6-1 in the cup.

For all we know, our defensive style may suit parking the bus at Anfield but I think you will simply have too much for us.

What's the deal with Mane this international break? I remember with us he sometimes wouldn't get back until the Thursday night so didn't often start on the Saturday.

No... but we never had the mighty salah.

Not sure on mane tbh. There's a lot of hopeful talk that as he won the game today he might be back early having been released. Their game is Thursday next week btw.

Yeah and after 4 blanks last season you're due a few goals <wah>

If he plays a good chance he won't start against us then.
