Parsons did our 3.0 home win over Rotherham in August. I can't see any adverse comments so he can't have been that bad.

The game was famous for us with young Mafico starting at full back, having a bit of a mare and being subbed off at half time.

If he 'had a bit of a mare' he's lucky he wasn't red carded and subject to police action. :emoticon-0138-think

In a rare show of restraint didn't like to mention that. :emoticon-0138-think

Looks like you have never heard our chant when we're winning - one nil to the sheep staggers!!! To be repeated whatever the winning margin.

For some reason other clubs with little connection to the wooly mammals appear to have adopted the same chant.

I accept it from Yorkshire clubs as, apparently, the county has more sheep than Wales and Leeds are dirty ba$tards anyway.

Of course I've heard it. It's like the much ridiculed 'mauled by the Tigers' guff, which is firmly tongue in cheek. It's widely mocked, but oddly if we're getting beat it's a mauled by the lions etc. back at us. Oh and in this part of Yorkshire, it's pigs that outnumber sheep, don't tell Masky that though. :emoticon-0138-think

He could well have reached for his red card to send off Turnbull. Likewise their striker got carded for elbowing Wintle yet did it again but not carded.

We have enjoyed the pleasure of his company twice this season at CCS. A 3.2 win over t'Hudders with Salech scoring twice and a 2.1 win over Swindon in some cup or other - famous for seeing Holloway nearly having a stroke on the touchline.

Good omens?
