If you have a Hull GP you can use the free, self referral to a physio (just go direct, you don’t even have to inform your GP)
They’ll ring back and do an assessment over the phone then if they can sort you do you an appointment

Yep, check whether there is one associated with your gp surgery. I can get an an almost instant appointment with the physio, unlike the two week wait for the gp.
