They certainly are, how this bloke was seen to be fit and proper
He has been involved with 3 football clubs, 2 of which have since folded under his ownership.

I'm even more confused after reading that tbh.
He clearly has a fortune but is allowing the club to disintegrate.

See it doesn't mention training ground, wonder if this is already to far down the line.
I know during Shorts time here it was mentioned about us buying QPR's old training ground, dont know if true. Was quite but of negativity about it.... although id love to see us look outside the box around something like this, not suggesting we move training down there away from SOL, but if we did get....or when we do get back to PL, amount of games down there i think it would be ideal having a southern training base, obviously a huge cost involved, but i guess club could also look to pick up young players too, a scouting south HQ....also allows growth of the club

On 26th March the Club announced it had entered into a letter of intent with a potential purchaser. This exclusivity period has now expired but dialogue remains open with this group, as well as new bidders, with the aim of completing a sale at the earliest opportunity.
Mr Dai remains committed to the complete sale of Reading Football Club and its associated assets. The Club appreciates the patience from our staff and supporters through this protracted process, and aim to communicate substantive developments when appropriate.
