I could hardly imagine Bobby Moore laughing at a terrorist attack like 9/11, but that's the sort of scum bag John Terry is.

Should that surprise any of us though? John Terry's mum is a convicted shop lifter, whilst his dads a drug dealer, and it gets even better, his older footballing brother was also having an affair with a fellow team mates wife. So is it any surprise that John Terry has turned out the way he has, with role models like that, and this is our Englsnd Captain were talking Of here, oh dear, oh dear, Bobby Moore would be turning in his grave :biggrin:

Your a bitter Manc aren't you! First off, the alledged Terry affair is just that alledged but moron's like you jump in without engaging your brain. Terry unfortunately could not pick his parents and personally I can't see what they have to do with it? John Terry is more of a man than you will ever be but I'd wager given the chance you wouldn't say it to his face.

Robby....Please do be serious, John Terry is a nasty piece of work, and is no man. A man does not have an affair with his best friends wife, nor does he betray his wife and even more importantly his kids. As for none of it being true, are you for real?

Why would anyone be scared of saying anything to John Terry's face? He's a footballer, he's not Mike Tyson. John Terry is a perfect example of everything that is wrong with the modern day footballer, and it amazes me how deluded supporters like yourself are. John Terry doesn't give a **** about you, or any other Chelsea fan for that matter, so why the need to defend him? :biggrin:

Oh great, the role model argument again.

If you let some spoilt rich footballers be role models for your children you're a fool.

John Terry is England captain because he is the most natural leader we have and a role model on the pitch i.e he leads by example, plays with courage and heart etc.

Maybe if we stopped having celebrities being role models for our children and return to good old fashioned family values, father figures, discipline etc we wouldn't have rioting in the streets.
 
Say what you want about Terry, but how many times have you seen him risk putting his head onto an oncoming boot to make a clearance? That's the kinda guy I want playing for England.

Everyone is talking about him being biased etc, does anyone else just think that he is a very dull commentator?, because he bored the arse off me during the game!.

I tried telling Terry what I thought of him (I'm only about three rows back). Maybe he heard me. When your that close to the action you can see him constantly talking **** in Jones' ear as well. I have no idea what he was saying but I doubt it was friendly.
 
Players do it all the time at all levels, some players are screamers and some talkers. I once had a bet with the opposing manager £5 (1971)that we would win and his star forward wouldn't score. In the club house after the game I got one of the other teams shirts and had the sleeve hanging out my pocket when the manager led his team into the bar he asked me what did I have in my pocket?.......I said your centre forward:emoticon-0102-bigsm

Actually I find Ray wilkins to be pretty much impartial when chelsea play. I mean when we are playing rubbish he does not avoid the issue. He does not however talk sensanationlist rubbish, usually punuated with the word Pechulant every two seconds. What I can't Stand is Alan Smith commentating on Chelsea games. His obvious hatred of chelosea, means that I have to turn the volume down, as every single missed pass for chelsea takes on the importance of title decided, teams needing to be broken up, etc etc rubbish

he was a ****er in his footy playing days (1986 World Cup, ****er), & now as a King Edward (common tater) he still a a total ****er.
