Wish the media were more aware of the fact that a heart attack is different from a cardiac arrest. They are regularly reported as the same but they’re not.

Symptoms are significantly different & initial treatments likewise are different. The media could help in making more people aware of the differences.

Anyone would feel rapid palpitations at any rate.

One of my favourite players of the period and surely had the most inappropriate nickname - butch <laugh>. Get well soon Ray.

Just checked his much travelled cv, which still has an M25 bias:

- Chelsea, DQPR, Palace, Millwall and Orient as a player.
- DQPR, Fulham, Watford, Millwall, Chelsea in a management capacity.
 
An absolute tear jerker of a call into TS today about him sitting with an ex Army homeless guy on his piece of cardboard outside Waterloo Station. buying him a coffee and giving him £20. The guy said that it totally turned his life around..
