Train, but rumours are they are full. I am actually going into the station tomorrow to check if they have some seats that don't get sold online, so I will check for you. Think all supporters buses from Benalmadena are full too. You could download an app called "blablacar" that is a sharing app, but it would be a Spaniard taking you more than likely. I suppose there must be some sort of express bus that goes to Seville too, but **** knows. Hiring a car isn't that expensive, but think you have to put down over a grand if you take their insurance and don't have international insurance or something like that
