The board would have known of the penalties ... so totally connected.

they should have said if season was ended were due to refund x to y etc

all facts should be made available to vote on any resolution.
Its not.

The penalties apply with or without the resolution. The resolution did not stop the season

The penalties are there for anyone with access to the contract. If the contracts been hidden thats a separate issue from the resolution. If people didn't read the contract thats their own fault.

They also said it was guaranteed by their owner.

What do you think the SPFL should do about prize money?
I've already told you what I think should have happened. All monies should have been put in the pot for each league and every team in that league should have got an equal share. Since not all games were played and the season wasn't finished.

Perfectly fare, wouldn't you say?

It wouldn't work.

You could effectively be overpaying the majority of clubs what they are due. It would end up being a loan and due diligence has to be carried out on 42 clubs in that case.

Then you either have clubs missing out if you do your job properly or lots of clubs and the SPFL in debt if you dont.

Well then what you do Mindy is don't pay out all of the money. Like wot the SPFL did with Motherwell and Partick.

Good idea but...how does that help clubs more than giving them what they are due at completion of season?

SPFL Resolution put noone in debt

Oh no

You told me it was a lie

There was a vote to have it so it certainly wasn't a lie.
I told you "it" was a lie. I said they lied about reconstruction did I ever say there wouldn't be a vote?

In fact I have said several times that the premiership clubs would never vote for reconstruction.

I was correct. As per.

So what was the lie the SPFL were telling about it?

Giving them partial payment of their own money would have put no one in debt either. Plus there wouldn't have been all this shìt. There wouldn't have been the shìt yet to come.

It's not as helpful as full payment for many clubs.

Nobody proposed it surprisingly.
