Ah, so you believe Deloitte faked an investigation into a email delivery ...

<laugh><laugh>
No I believe the " investigation" was a sham that did nothing but make the whole sorry mess even worse.

What's you're take on it Paul?

It’s not a sham if it delivered its remit ...

I’ve stated it a few times

spfl is not fit for purpose

in this instance , the vote was a shambles ... releasing results so far before a final decision is shambolic

the other parts, not read parts about loans or advances as a lot of it revolves around semantics

The one part that does stand out is the fact the spfl will owe 10m if they end the season which, if true, is a **** show

league needs to be played to a finish but a deadline for doing so as you can’t let this drag on ... most clubs can’t plan further ahead than next month or so

If not possible to do so, probably best to settle it after deadline . Call positions as is as they’d defo be the final positions anyway ...

If it’s null n void , ok ... might cause bigger issues

Easiest competition to finish would be Scottish cup tho ... quick n easy , over a long all weekend

Oooft!

The "prize" money that the SPFL just released to the lower leagues is the clubs money mate. The SPFL just take care of it. If the clubs were given an option to have some of that money paid to them they would most undoubtedly have taken it. They were told that there was no way to do that without calling the league. They were lied to.

Get it?

Probably not.
Is that the prize money that was released due to the calling of the lower leagues?

Their entitlement after completion of the season?

(Congratulations Dundee Utd by the way)

By Jove i think it is

Oh ffs! Mindoid! You really are the thickest cùnt is christendom.

Did the SPFL say the only way to pay out monies was to call the season?

Yes they did?

Had the SPFL already paid out money to three seperate clubs on two different occasions without the season being called.

Yes they did?

Did then the SPFL lie to it's member clubs?

Yes they did.

Pretty simple really.

It’s no surprise but to leave that part out when asking folk to vote -if true - is neglecting their duties .
Its unrelated.

If no resolution was raised and season cancelled Sky would still ask for it back.

Resolution had nothing to do with the actual termination of the season.

The board would have known of the penalties ... so totally connected.

they should have said if season was ended were due to refund x to y etc

all facts should be made available to vote on any resolution.

Those were advances on regular payments or loans.

The only way to credit prize money was to award prizes.

Nobody asked for an advance.

Sevco asked for loans based on prize money.

Computer said No.

Really well the SPFL said the money they advanced to Gretna was a loan and yet it didn't show up on the then SPL accounts as such. They also said that Gretna going out business meant that they could not recoup the loan and yet the then SPL were not one of Gretna's accredited lenders according to the administrator.

Although the monies that the SPFL say was loaned to Gretna does show up on Gretna's accounts as an advance.

So it would seem you have been pishing against the wind for four weeks now with all your pish loans V advances bullshìt.

Mind you every cùnt knew that tbf.

100% correct. Anything else is terrible corporate governance and potentially illegal behaviour. At the very least maladministration.

Perhaps someone should investigate it eh.

Yet there's an outstanding loan owed according to Sevco investigation last week:emoticon-0136-giggl

What do you think the answer is? Tell me and ill let you know why you're wrong.

The SPFL said there was an outstanding loan due. From Gretna. Not according to the SPL accounts though.

So that'll be another lie eh.
