Agreed, it was a great tackle but it never should have got there. But on the other hand, many defenders would have given up after the initial mistake.
It was most evident at Ferriby when they were just banging long balls at us all through the 1st half. Every one that was on Hobbs side he was in the exact right place very early and headed it exactly where he needed to. If it was on McShane's side he was staring at the ball in the sky and running around in circles trying to find a decent position and he'd eventually head it but fall over at the same time, with Hobbs anxiously watching on, ready to cover for him.
I think it's a positioning thing more than anything. He wouldn't have to work half as hard if he was in the right place in the first place.
