LFW's Interview with Lee Hoos

A great August on the field, but a return to football not without its problems for QPR fans is addressed in our latest sit down with CEO Lee Hoos who discusses transfer window budgeting, ticketing, logistics, staffing, and getting the final secretary of state approval for the new training ground.

Is it staying as the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium?

Not forever. When Mark was here for the recent promotions around KIyan being included in the FIFA games that question got asked. For things like that, it’s been brilliant, but there is a limited capacity for this type of activity and there will need to be a discussion to be had. We’ll obviously continue to work with Mark but there is a discussion about it going forwards. The big thing it provided was name recognition, that’s been a success but how much more can we drive it? I’m not really sure. It’s a discussion to be had with Mark Prince, at some point it will revert back to Loftus Road and that will eventually happen.

So it'll stay as it is until we find someone willing to pay for naming rights

An interesting video about our shirts sponsor's. I must admit to knowing absolutely nothing about them prior to watching this. Fair play to him.

You must log in or register to see media

Is the lack of a new training ground and stadium down to Ashville then?

Seriously though, I am delighted that our main shirt sponsors are not a betting outfit and I like the local commitment that Ashville bring. If they are responsible for influencing the fabulous 2021 away kit, then huge credit to them.:emoticon-0148-yes:

Got this email from QPR today:

"Adam, as you requested, your Hull City v QPR (A) - 14/08/21 - LIVE VIDEO (Dark Markets) has been cancelled with immediate effect because Match has passed.
If you need any further assistance or support, please get in touch with us.
Thank you for your continued support.
Kind regards

Any idea what that is about? I never cancelled. I watched it.

I love reading the interviews with Hoos.

Pretty much cuts to the chase and puts things bluntly as much as he can.

Hold him In high regards, so glad he's back there keeping an eye on things.

In general I agree, but the stadium is a ****ing disgrace, it’s just been ignored, and it was **** in the first place. I’d love rail seating, but I’d also like bogs that don’t flood, turnstiles that work and don’t guarantee a crush in a tight area, and just some basic cleaning.

Just gave one of your posters access to the forum goes by the username Hammersmith reborn, for some reason they couldn't get on the site, and I've only just seen them their waiting, so approved their account. Not sure why they've had trouble, all other newbies have been validating their accounts ok, oh well!

Anyway the reason I found them, is because I saw this message on their account...

Hey everyone, it's great to be back after all these years ! Yep I used to be Hammersmith Junior and for some unknown reason I got blocked out of this site straight after winning the prediction league lol. Have tried so many times to get back in with various different guises and passwords but to no avail. Looking forward to chatting to the old faces and new ones and hopefully won't get blocked out again. Good Times just round the corner for the Super Hoops and gonna be a great time to reconnect. Having said that, it's saying I don't have enough privileges to post anything lol. You couldn't make it up ffs. Ruder Cup this weekend , and time for another huge European upset. Lovely. Hopefully it will let me post soon. Come on 9's, Beth or Col sort this thing out ffs.

Cheers site admin.
