I've found the answer! I was inspired by this comment. I started thinking, when have we ever lost 5-1 to Hartlepool or Darlington? Then I saw the light and Wikipedia confirmed it.
In 1935, Barcelona beat Real Madrid away 9-1.
In 1912, AC Milan beat Inter away 9-1.
In 1951, Lazio beat Roma away 9-1.
In 1981, River Plate beat Boca Juniors away 9-1.
In 1902, Juventus beat Torino away 9-1.
