Funnily enough this is my last day in my present work and I'm moving on up in pastures new.
60% Pay increase and best of all it's 1/2 from my house - result!

Mind you I probably will get sacked or my made redundant by this time next week <laugh>
 
My boss told me yesterday that if I could get a sick line from the doctor he'd be happy for me to be off for as long as I wanted <laugh>

If I was off sick it wouldn't affect billability figures, this week I was sitting at 30% and next week is looking like 0 <laugh>

Looks like i might be moving onto pastures new myself.I thought i had 18 months left on my lease,well i really have but some doughnut at the lawyers office for my landlord has ****ed it up and dated it a year early.****ing result.

No mate.Looking at a better and busier location.We have a Waitrose opening soon near me so that looks like the hot favourite just now.
 
I think I might. I'm still no well and don't fancy sitting about doing **** all. Need to go to court on the 27th and should have an interview before that, so would be good to have the time off without affecting annual leave
 
My boss has just asked me and the other technician what qualifications we have and how long we've been with the company. Pretty sure it will be to tally up redundancy scoring........

Well he's finding out today if he has passed his Bsc in civil engineering, so if he gets that then I should be a shoe in for the boot, seeing as I only have a pissy HNC <laugh>

Wouldn't complain if I was handed 4-5k and have a place at college already in the bag <laugh>
