4-3-3 won us the title last season....

Better quality players, playing 4-3-3 win us more matches.

I'm not convinced GM is ****, because **** Managers don't win leagues....

It's not about the merits per se of 4 3 3. The main point is, a manager has to adapt to get the best out of what he's got. He also had a big say on the many players we've brought in (albeit on a limited budget). McCann failed miserably first time round in the Championship, and has failed miserably again this season in the Championship, due in no small part to the fact that he sticks with basically the same approach (with very limited variations).

last season our best selection up front were the three strikers who bagged double figures with the season's best player honeyman as main supply line. due to injuries, etc, we've had that twice this season. a one-goal defeat to one of the best three teams in the division and a win against a team that too often gets the better of us.
We also had other reasonable options on the bench to replace our two wide players, which didn't especially weaken us.....White, Bristol loanee, Cardiff loanee, Scott (before he went off the boil).
We have a much weaker squad this time
