Everything seems to go through the guy, and apart from Campbell, there seems to be a lack of real quality strikers at the moment, so not only is he pulling the strings, but he's scoring goals himself and setting up other players to score throughout the side. That's by the looks of things, anyway.

Do you think he's the major driving force behind how well you guys are doing? More importantly, how do you think you guys would perform as a team if he wasn't there (injury for example)? Who do you think would replace him in the XI?

I do honestly think we would struggle without Sess at the moment as most of the play goes through him. Hopefully the relatively young strikers can emerge around him over the last half of the season.
I do also think MON will see this 'weakness' and will be trying to address it in the summer, im actually quite pleased he didnt rush into something in the Jan window. Maybe the reason he didnt was because of the 'new life' brought in by Campbell, i think he surprised a lot of people coming back the way he has.

So chappedarse is right we are a one man team, all teams are one man teams?
Here's me thinking we were scoring goals from all over. No, not thinking, KNOWING we are, for the first time in years and trust me Sess didn't have a hand in every goal.
Do I think Sess would be a miss?
Definitely.
Do I think we could cope?
Again definitely.
Barcelona will drop like a stone without Messi, Real Madrid will be joining them in the Spanish lower leagues when Ronaldo goes.

Please read back through the posts you will find he called me an idiot first, does that suit your argument of hostility or like chappedarse do you prefer to twist things to suit yourself. My point on Bale is valid as I do think he is Spurs best player.

Please don't bring my family into your cracks as I only expect that from the Scum.

I think perhaps you are taking things a little too literally. I'm fairly confident that Chappaz wasn't insinuating that every team is reliant on one player and one player only, but rather that each team does have a player that they would value above all others.

Not only did he voice an opinion, but he backed it up with fairly logical arguement. Your last post actually validates Chappaz point......so why the initial "yeah Bale is ****" crack? I would say it was only designed to stir up **** in itself.

I enjoy reading posts on here if people make sense and argue with reason, but I'm so sick of the petty bullshit I can't be arsed anymore...

A skunk who posts on nearly every Sunderland thread having sly and not so sly digs and always manages to bring up how much better Newcastles players are.
Starts a thread, about Sunderland being a one man team who rely on Sess!
Posts "MON hasn't ruled himself out of the England managers job" on numerous threads and as many times as possible. Yeah a very reasonable Skunk.

The yeah Bale is **** crack was because I do think Bale is Spurs best player, which also goes against his argument as most of Spurs attacks go through Bale.
I also thought Bruce was a **** manager and took stick for that too. <ok>

Also I couldn't give two ****s how "confident" you are in Chappedarse I will make my own mind up. <ok>

Argue your point with me all you like bonny lad, just don't ****ing bring my family into it to score points.

When someone dislikes you that much I think they will try and dig out every possible attempt to have a go at you.

I guarantee that if I made another account, pretended to be a mackem and posted virtually exactly the same sort of stuff I post now, most people would agree and not have an issue with it. That's the part I find the funniest.

It's as simple as that, or so you would think.

All I'm saying is that every good team has a talisman who brings more to the side than the other players. Whilst the team doesn't RELY on that player, the player contributes a lot towards a good run of form and many successful results. It's really not that difficult to understand.
