Worst I’ve seen is play this year, including Blackpool and Stoke, but we won so all is good.
Dykes put in a real shift today.
Fantastic to still win then.

Another three points but we were pretty ordinary. Second best for most of the first half and all of the second. Field superb again.

BBC report said we won in North West London, did I miss something
No, but the Beeb has. How did we get north west of London? Last time I looked at the map, I was sure we were due WEST of London Town!? Maybe from Sydney it just looks that way.BBC report said we won in North West London, did I miss something
You had a baby? Congratulations! Keep that manger rocking! Not quite the banana skin mentioned before game time but in spite of the action both on and off pitch in the last week I was expecting a "new manger bounce". Still 3 welcome points;, Hopefully the injuries will not be serious

You're right, Johansen will be a big miss, but unlike in the past, I'm sure we'll have good cover for him in the ranks. And besides, it looks like winning is its own aphrodisiac. The boys are on a high and should lift from that winning feeling. Also, sure there were some players that had a less than average game, but every player has them now and again. It's how they respond in their next game that tell us if they're Championship material or they need to have a run in the lower grades. Let's hope it's the former. This game is over, 3points and top of the league (just love saying and hearing that), move on and focus on the next game.Bit of a slog second half with each sub making us worse but thought we deserved it just about for the first half. Johansen would be a big miss. Amos and Dozzell looked weak as piss.
He was poor today. Defenders are scared of his power and pace but his close control lets him down, and when he did get ahead of the defender chasing the ball he fell down. I think he was withdrawn to protect his confidence.Any clue as to why Armstrong was withdrawn at half time? An injury perhaps? What did he play like?
Questions. Questions!

I haven’t seen him have a clear chance on goal yet, would really like to see how he does in that situation. Everything Beale says bout him is positive but he needs nurturing.
AAAAAGH, me matey. Injuries are going to happen, hard to avoid. But looking at the next month or so, realistically, Norwich in eleven days time are the only real threat. That being said, some of the others like Coventry and Huddersfield are starting to find some form. Still, if we stick together as a team, with Mickey B being the SUPERglue, we'll get over those hurdles. Team being the players, the Gaffer and other staff AND the supporters. Yes, US. The players need to know that we're behind them come what may, good times and bad. They get a lift from us caring about them. So back them to the hilt and may the good times last. U RRRs!We were so dominant for the first 30 minutes that I would have laughed at the suggestion we would struggle for the entire 2nd half. But struggle we did with neither Dozzell or Amos able to fill even one of Johansens shoes. Another win nonetheless. Just have to survive another injury crisis now...
