Ref's in this league have decided he is physical and will blow every time a defender goes down. That decision was farcical.
I get that if he beats someone for strength though it’s frustrating but a very similar thing happened at Southampton from an identical position. Defender hesitated, knew he was done but knew if he went down there’s a great chance he gets away with it.
