If Chair plays he at least picks the ball up in midfield and gets us up the pitch so in theory Dembele can be that man getting beyond the striker. No chance he starts Celar and Frey. I don't think he will change it at all and if Chair starts then he will be coming so deep to collect the ball that he won't be able to affect the game in his usual way.
