New lad 'injured in training apparently

About time looking forward to seeing him play, RB? Or will Jimmy

Anyone thinking their sketchy form, the possibility of our players being spurred on by the reverse fixture’s result or Saito being back will make a difference hasn’t been watching us closely enough since Christmas. We need to be about four goals up after an hour to consider winning this as we have a squad capable of one hour of fairly competent football on a good day and they have about 46 attacking players who would walk into our team.

I don't think Saito will be straight back in, and we'll be lucky to see him risked as even a sub, I'm guessing.

No doubt it will be a tough game. We need to be the 12th man.
We've lacked consistency but, paradoxically, we consistently play badly against the crap teams and raise our game against the better ones.
It would be very QPR to win this, against all expectations!

Not sure this is entirely true when the top three have all battered us.

Fire on the railway near Watford Junction has buggered up trains on the West Coast line. Which goes via Coventry. I really hope it’s all sorted out by tomorrow. <cool>

My concern with today is the constant tinkering. Sometimes it's justified but he does it too much.
I woke up in a cold sweat thinking this will be his team. Also not giving Edwards game time but doing it today of all days, is amateurish.

Hamer . (Walsh not good on 2nd goal last week + it's Coventry).
Morgan Cook Dunne Field
Madsen Hayden Edwards (ie not centre back where he should be)
Bennie Smyth
Kolli
Also last night's BC v DC result is a worry! Please re-assure me if you can that it will all be ok.

Bennie can’t be anywhere near the XI. Fine for ten minutes to run about but we’re basically sacrificing anything useful coming down that side of the pitch if he’s on the wing. Think he may clog it up with Field, Hayden and Madders in midfield with Vale and Smyth either side. I’m not sure my sanity can take another Dembele mooch about with a face like a smacked arse pretending to track back against Esse.

We have an obsession with playing certain players. Walsh is poor, Gallen said should of done better for all 3 Wrexham goals. 2nd was clearly dire, 3rd i thought at the time seemed to go through him, and his distribution is no where near as good as Nardi. I haven't seen anything of Walsh to suggest he is loads better at commanding his area than Nardi either.
Saito is another player that appears undroppable. Offered very little in games prior to injury but again will probably start at the expense of the very unfortunate Smyth who gets a very raw deal from JS. Also got a feeling he likes Morgan as has played him everywhere recently! So expect to see him at RB instead of our existing RB Adamson, and stand in RB of Dunne, so am expecting this team
Walsh
Morgan Dunne Edwards RND
Dembele Haydn Madsen Saito
Kone Kolli

FWIW I would play...
Hamer
Dunne Cook Edwards RND
Madsen Hayden Field
Kolli Vale
Kone
Kolli must be able to defend as much ie little as Dembele.
Minimal changes with Edwards for Nutter
Field for Smyth. Hamer for Walsh.
My team, I m well aware has no width but is much better defensively.
Morgan was so bad (kid or no kid he was bad) last week, he should not start.

I know he scored last week but Vale has no pace and can not keep up with attacks. Maybe he can play behind Kolli & Kone, but he is not going to be collecting balls from one up front. Eventually I think he'll fall into a Madson role.
