Lambert is the most notable - perhaps it's the benefit (or otherwise) of hindsight but I can never remember him seeming as hesitant in lower leagues.
 
Ahh so Merrington is now commenting that we should have gone in for Nelson to sort out our defensive problems. Clearly he is working wonders at QPR.
