I too am confused It's 9 30pm here and I may have had a couple after work I've just calculated that I need to continue drinking for another 1 hour 15 minutes.... It's a tough job but someone's gotta do it
Looks like a 4-3-3 to me, potentially with Sylla as an out an out striker and Wheeler and Washington in support...thoughts?
I was thinking the same.,unless Wheeler is also going to play wing back! Wheeler for Lynch the only change.
My first thoughts were 4:3:3 but I am slightly confused on the back four formation. Whatever it is, I am very pleased to see Wheeler start and it does seem an offensive set up with three natural forwards.
Just seen this now. Glad that it wasn’t too sinister. What a worry it must have been though. We take our health for granted until there is such a scare.
Wheeler is 27. I thought he was a young prospect. Anyway best of luck to him. Let’s hope he can make the step up.
Having beaten second-place Wolves on Saturday, QPR now have a dig at the league leaders and make just one change to the side, with David Wheeler replacing Joel Lynch. Sheffield United's trip to Loftus Road brings three changes, John Lundstram, Clayton Donaldson and David Brooks come in for Chris Wilder's table-toppers. QPR: Smithies, Cousins, Baptiste, Robinson, Bidwell, Wheeler, Luongo, Scowen, Freeman, Washington, Sylla. Sheffield United: Blackman, Baldock, Stevens, O'Connell, Carter-Vickers, Basham, Coutts, Brooks, Lundstram, Donaldson, Clarke Wednesday change three of their back four, bringing in Liam Palmer, Morgan Fox and skipper Glenn Loovens from the side which drew 1-1 with Barnsley. Millwall hand starts to Tom Elliott, Shane Ferguson and Fred Onyedinma.
After three glasses of wine I have an overwhelming requirement for us to win tonight. I don’t care who is in the team or what the formation is JUST WIN!!! Usually, for the preservation of my sanity, I convince myself it’s not important, but tonight for some reason we REALLY MUST WIN. Perhaps it’s because a few of our friends and colleagues on here have had an incredibly tough time in the real world, and it might make a tiny, fleeting difference to them if we WIN. So come on you Sooperhoops, WIN, WIN, WIN. Oops wrong thread, but I’ll leave it on here and put on the real match day thread too. Rarely in recent years have I felt so strongly that we MUST WIN.
