On my brief view of Maiga, he is cack. I didn't see any reason to take Keene off,
He is not a good manager, he admits he thinks tactics aren't important and just believes in buying better players and letting them get on with it. Thats OK if you manage a CL club or have an owner prepared to put the club into admin to finance it but not for us.
That clearly shows with our clueless performances and goalscoring form. Fernandes biggest decision will be the next manager, I will want him out if he chooses fat Sam or someone similar because that will be the 3 highest paid managers in our history but also 3 of the worst.

It was a coup to get Harry to come to us he knows what is needed having gone through promotion before. For me he has looked disinterested for many weeks now and maybe that's the problem. He had a spell when he stopped doing the post match interviews without explanation maybe he has personal problems hopefully he does not I just wish he was more animated . we can still do as our run in is not bad.
Redknapp is a good manager but he may not be suited to your club. Not all good managers produce at every club yet as long as he gets promotion then he's done his job, plus he's more then capable at premier league level.
Flyer didn't either yet saw fit to rubbish the boy Keene at half time saying he "done nothing".
Only when he was asked what game had he been watching did he come clean and say he hadn't even been watching the match!
Its not only managers who don't fit its players too. How many players have been good at their previous club but come to us and they are crap.
Thats because he brings in bit part players from big clubs...who can only play a bit part rather than top players from smaller clubs who are used to being the man.
