Cheers Nines, great pics and vids. But what was Paul Clement doing there, a new part of Pretty Boy Floyds coaching staff? ;)
Or is he just showing his true colours, the white and blue :)

I do appreciate the sarcasm ( No inference intended ) Norway, but I think he was there out of respect to his late, great dad.

I thought it was a nice touch by the club to pay a homage to two sadly passed legends. Well done Ian Taylor and his team for getting what this club is really about. The Clement family were really chuffed. Can't find anything relating to Mick Leach's though. Perhaps someone on here more resourceful will.

No disrespect intended mate. I thought he might have been invited because of his dad in some respect. The club have been making great strides recently with regards to remembering, saluting and paying respect to the past heroes of ours. Something which has been sadly lacking for far to long. But never to late to put things right, well done to everyone who's behind it.

JFH said some nice things about Karl Henry. Expressed what some have tried to say on here very well. Well done Karl....and Ale.

Anyone see the Brentford supporters fighting each other after the final whistle?

Another good win and a real feel-good atmosphere around 3 sides of LR at the end. Brentford had the better of the first half up until the first goal, closing us down well and limiting our options to bring the ball out from the back. Several times Smithies took an age trying to find a short option before finally having to resort to a long kick. A super goal from Hoilett knocked Brentford back and we grew in confidence for what was a comfortable win in the end. Several good performances, but I'd give MOM to Henry, who I thought had one of his best games for us. Their keeper's abysmal distribution drawing chants of 'Greeno' was amusing, along with '3-0 on your big day out'. Such fun.

Rangers win, England win and Chelsea lose - that'll do nicely.

Two wins in a row. Automatic promotion nailed on now.

Sounds like a good game, and looked good from the brief highlights. Hip, hip, hooray.

Henry has had some stick over the last year (me being one of them) but put a great shift in yesterday. If he did that every week we would be in the play-offs now

He was basically the whipping boy for disgruntled fans to take their frustration out on. If you add it all up and see how many good games he's had versus how many bad games he's had, you'll find that his ratio is higher than many players at the club. His role is a bit thankless as a lot of what he does is off the ball and when we're not even in possession. The fact that he's there means that the defenders can actually move the ball around at the back with confidence (amongst other things).

Good team performance yesterday. Faurlin pulling the strings, Clint giving it everything, Polter putting himself about and a pearler from Hoilet.
Looked a little wobbly at the back at times but I'm not going to complain at another clean sheet.

Agree, I think it has to do with the appearance Henry is not a leader but a follower.
When the team is struggling, he doesn't have the backbone to stand up (like a Derry or a Hill), and just goes through the motions.
Now all around him, players are stepping up, he is showing what he is capable of.
