Many thanks, mate.
Cheers Nines, great pics and vids. But what was Paul Clement doing there, a new part of Pretty Boy Floyds coaching staff?
Or is he just showing his true colours, the white and blue![]()
I do appreciate the sarcasm ( No inference intended ) Norway, but I think he was there out of respect to his late, great dad.
I thought it was a nice touch by the club to pay a homage to two sadly passed legends. Well done Ian Taylor and his team for getting what this club is really about. The Clement family were really chuffed. Can't find anything relating to Mick Leach's though. Perhaps someone on here more resourceful will.
He was basically the whipping boy for disgruntled fans to take their frustration out on. If you add it all up and see how many good games he's had versus how many bad games he's had, you'll find that his ratio is higher than many players at the club. His role is a bit thankless as a lot of what he does is off the ball and when we're not even in possession. The fact that he's there means that the defenders can actually move the ball around at the back with confidence (amongst other things).Henry has had some stick over the last year (me being one of them) but put a great shift in yesterday. If he did that every week we would be in the play-offs now
agree but he was dire for a spell and i can see why fans were frustrated. He was basically the whipping boy for disgruntled fans to take their frustration out on. Agree, I think it has to do with the appearance Henry is not a leader but a follower.agree but he was dire for a spell and i can see why fans were frustrated.
