So, Austin is now up to 10 goals for the season, didn't sign till the end of August, missed a couple of games cause he was injured when he signed, and a few games ago there were more than a few saying he was a waste of money!! God I wish we could sign more **** players like him.

The stats are deceptive, their set pieces are worse than ours were in the PL and I cant think of a single threatening chance they had.

They clearly show that we surrendered possession far more than when we play 3 central midfielders. Another team may prove to be more potent.

Thing is Col they came to have a go, not just sit back with 10 players behind the ball, so they were always likely to create chances......still I would settle for that result any time but especially after last saturday.....

Not disagreeing with you mate. Just pointing it out.

Well on course for 20 this season.

Bournemouth had 51% possession, 16 shots to our 11 and 7 corners to our 2!!!

4-4-2 surrenders possession...........but we scored 3 goals, so I suppose it's worth the risk (when it works!!).

We looked more adventurous going forward, although still need some creative spark. AJ was a big difference.

But we dont create anything with 3 CMs so do we risk going for the 3 points or settle for a draw like the other team wants.
Thats ok for a team that wants to avoid relegation but not for one that wants to go up.

We didnt play well but the intent was there. Something thats been lacking all season.

I'm not disagreeing with you. Just putting it out there.

No I wasn't there mate. not having a go.............just curious as to how the midfield worked. Did anyone play deeper than the rest etc? Was it a genuine 4-4-2 or was it more 4-4-1-1?

No offence taken. Second half we played more genuine 4-4-2, with Barton dropping back, even when they brought on two young lads up front. Less passing than what we've seen, but our midfield lacked a spark. Hoilett was better than Carrol. Barton solid as ever. Great to see him not react when stamped on early on in first half.

Still at the bar at weds. They played like a striped brazil, a team unfettered by Dave Jones shackles

Theyve got Forest on saturday, could do us another favour

Sounds like we were back in the zone tonight - about time

I am on QPR Player, but can't see a live video stream...am I missing something?

So was that Mikeisyou stream we all watched, a hacked QPR Player feed, recording the match, without commentary, to allow them to later post highlights? When I went to the club website during the match, I noted a QPR v Bournemouth YouTube window up, with a note "not available in your territory" (Canada for me).

Bournemouth knocked the ball around well Col it was as simple as that
AJ made the first goal right in front of me and a cool finish
I could see the Cherries scoring as there approach play was very good but no teeth at all
It turned in the end into a training game for us as our skill level and glass was too much
We were robbed a pen for sure in the first half no doubt from where I was sat
In the end a very easy game as the real difference was our movement

We play like that knowing and showing that we have gears to use anytime and as I have said we will win this league by a clear 10 points

Scoreline flattered us but who cares

Rubbish we just took our chances seen other games this season where the scores should of been more

Tonight was easy in the end

Bournemouth will also beat a few teams on the way ... Good football
But nothing no end product
