Me too. This season has been a real eye opener for me and this would just be the icing on the cake. We fought so hard to get to the Premier League almost a year ago at Wembley and TF has just thrown our league status away by not investing in the squad in January and by appointing somebody who is totally out of his depth. If he compounds that mistake by rewarding somebody who is clearly a failure with a 2 year deal, that will be the final straw for me. I will wash my hands of this club and walk.

Don't believe what I read on here sometimes, nothing confirmed yet & your walking away fin, loyal supporters you not then, HR got this club to where it is at present, Ramsey came in & was on a hiding to nothing & unfortunately it's the latter, I'll stick by him & if it doesn't work out so be it, think you soop. & damage should get a life,

I am only getting cross with people Stan because they have the cheek to tell me to lighten up. Yes, I am all over this thread because I believe strongly that TF is making a big mistake. I'm not sure whining is the correct word to describe my contribution. I would describe it more as passionate. If you disagree with something and voice your disagreement, that doesn't equate to whining. This is not about me at all.

I said I would walk away IF TF confirms Ramsey as manager. I can tell you something Jeff, you have some cheek to question my loyalty. I have supported this club for 43 years. Because I disagree with what TF is doing that doesn't make me disloyal. I would say the yes men who accept everything he does are more disloyal because they don't want the best for the club.

Fair enough Fingy, I apologise and retract the 'whining" (just don't tell Col I backed down). As the Ramsey poll thread shows we are split pretty evenly on this.

Ok fin I'm sorry I questioned your loyalty, but to jump ship if he is appointed don't seem right, the players respect him but we've just run out of luck & games.

So have I over 50years & we've all seen crap managers come & go, some succeed some don't, but I don't throw in the towel, if it's Ramsey I wish him the best & I'll be there to support him & the team.

I think on the Coaching side of things COL would do very well. Tactically he's also very astute. He may well have got the players playing football using his systems, thereby cutting out the Bobby-Ball we've been playing all the time.

So as a Coach I think yes, he may have done better.

are you having a laff :) an armchair tactician V a professional that is managed players at National level. You obviously have had no experience managing any sport at national level... it's a whole different ball game.

It was nothing about debating, as I said opinions yes of course but you don't know what is going on in the inside so difficult to form a true opinion of CR's formations.

So if you are saying its drivel, you are arguing against my statements that if you could have taken over from HR instead of CR.... that you would have done better than CR.........you really believe that ??? :)

and you are saying that its not true that many posters on here would like to play different formations !! Cos that is about all I said !!

Oh I forgot you are the tactical genius on this board :)

More drivel.

I said he could make a good coach mate. He'd never make a Manager because he has no eye for a player. If it were up to him, we'd have been playing a 2 stone overweight & uninterested Taarabt, Rio Ferdinand and Junior Toilet regularly for the last 4, 1 & 3 years respectively. He'd be disastrous in that role.

But as a coach? I can't think of anyone on this Board who might be better.

You're half right anyway. :emoticon-0140-rofl:

all good successful managers started out as rookies
why is ramsey getting a hard time on here
harry is the one who walked after the transfer window closed
who knows what would have happened had he left a week before it opened

‘all good successful managers started out as rookies’

Who are you David Brent?

Did you also know that all terrible managers also started out as rookies?

Ramsey’s main positive does seem to be that he isn’t Harry but is that a reason for keeping him on?

If Harry had left a week before the window we still wouldn’t have bought anyone

Article today by Paul Draper, chief football writer in the Mail on Sunday reporting that Paul Clement and Mark Warburton remain on a QPR shortlist for manager next season, and no final decision has been made. Les Ferdinand will have a say in the final decision. TF reported to be keen on Clement.

Seem to make sense that the list would be open, otherwise an announcement would have been made that, relegation or not, CR will be our manager next season.
