Ex Leeds player Steve Hodge had Maradona’s shirt from that game. He auctioned it at Sotheby’s six months ago and Qatar bought it for £7M <yikes>

You are joking? My school didn’t even play football it was rugby league. We play pretty much everything (badly, in the main). Going back to Revies time the reason often given for our low ish attendances is the competing 2 rugby games which are strong in Leeds

I know all that bud, I’m old and a Leeds fan. But they didn’t qualify and It didn’t fit with my narrative of slagging off the sweaties <cheers>
